The care and attentiveness of the teachers for the children is exceptional. All of the staff is committed to providing the best atmosphere and environment to foster the children's needs. All of the staff at Cranfield Academy-Wake Forest have been welcoming since the first time we stepped in the door. Our son is so excited to go to school everyday and loves his teachers. The school also offers extracurricular activities which we love. Transferring him to this school was the best decision.

My preschooler absolutely loves going to his new school. His first day, drop off was terrible due to his prior experiences of other centers. When I picked him up from daycare that first day, he told me how much fun he had and about his “nice teachers”. He says his teachers aren’t angry, and his room isn’t dirty like his old school. Every day since, he walks right into the center and his classroom without any issues. I’m never walking into chaos at drop off or pick up, it’s very nice seeing the teachers having calm control over their classrooms. Beyond thankful to have my kids in a place where I know they’re being loved and cared for!

Our first experience with daycare centers were kinda awful. We made the decision to change facilities and found step by step in Brooklyn park. From the very first day til now, I gave never felt more comfortable and confident leaving my children at step by step.

It's a great safe environment. I feel like the teachers are very competent and great with the children. Also, they have a bunch of fun events during the month that get the kids involved and excited. I love this location and I honestly am so happy that my kids are enrolled.
